Keith has worked extensively with public entities in matters involving capital program development, development, financing, and execution; in matters pertaining to school system finance including state support, budget setting, property taxes, and the impacts of economic development incentives; in matters of governance law, special legislation, elections, redistricting, and public ethics; and in many other matters of public policy concern for his clients.
As financing and building delivery methods become increasingly complex and intertwined, Keith looks forward to assisting affected entities with functional and infrastructure needs by bringing together the best thinking of academic professionals, bond counsel, design professionals, and construction professionals, all for a tailored solution for the community’s needs.
Keith’s primary current lifelong learning effort is the bluegrass mandolin.
